During the 12-month warranty period, if there is a malfunction in the manufacturing quality of the induction heating equipment provided by the seller, the seller shall arrive at the site within 48 hours after receiving notification from the buyer to troubleshoot, repair or replace parts, ensuring the normal operation of the round steel heating equipment.

2. During the warranty period, if the short aluminum rod heating furnace provided by the seller malfunctions due to improper use by the buyer within the 12-month warranty period, the seller shall arrive at the buyer's site within the time limit specified in the above terms after receiving notification from the buyer to assist in troubleshooting, repairing or replacing parts. If parts need to be replaced, the maintenance cost of the short aluminum rod induction heating equipment shall be charged at the discretion of the seller.

3. If there is a disagreement between the buyer and the seller regarding the fault responsibility during the warranty period, the seller shall arrive at the site within the specified time to repair it first and then negotiate to resolve the cost.

4. After the warranty period expires, if there is a malfunction in the aluminum rod heating equipment, the seller will still provide after-sales service and arrive at the scene within the above-mentioned time limit to promptly handle and solve the problem.
