The intermediate frequency heat treatment production line designed by Forever Electromechanical has the following advantages:

(1) Online continuous heating, quenching, tempering, with high degree of automation. Only two people are needed to operate the complete set of equipment.

(2) Heating adopts electromagnetic induction heating and spray cooling, with an efficiency 2-3 times higher than that of a resistance furnace. After quenching and tempering, the power consumption per ton is less than or equal to 500 degrees, far lower than that of resistance heating.

(3) After heat treatment, the metallographic structure becomes finer and the mechanical strength is 10-15% higher than that of resistance furnace treatment, resulting in good product consistency.

(4) The complete equipment is equipped with a computer control system, which continuously monitors and automatically records power parameters, mechanical parameters, quenching and tempering heat treatment parameters, and fault alarms, achieving parameter plasticity.

(5) According to different specifications of raw materials and process requirements, different conveying methods are selected, and the line speed can be adjusted through frequency conversion to meet the requirements of output and straightness.

(6) The spray system adopts multi-stage spray cooling, and the pressure and flow rate between the spray rings at each level can be adjusted. Meet the requirements of different permeability.
