The power and temperature linkage of Forever electromechanical fully automatic digital IGBT variable frequency induction power supply is extremely strong, and accurate and stable control of heating temperature is achieved through the power and temperature automatic control system.

High power factor: With any load matching and full power output, the power factor is always greater than 0.95, eliminating the need for a separate power compensation device. This not only reduces equipment investment but also allows users to reduce electricity expenses, improve power supply capacity, lower high-order harmonics, and enhance power quality. Quick start in 0.2 seconds at any load (empty/full load) and temperature (cold/hot), with a high success rate. There are three closed-loop control modes: constant power, constant temperature, and constant current, which can be switched freely. The power supply can adapt to various input voltages (380V/575V/660V).

The control system is equipped with Forever Electromechanical's unique constant power/constant angle mode selection function. In the low-frequency range or other situations where relatively high power is required, choose constant power mode: after the DC voltage is fully loaded, continue to increase the intermediate frequency voltage and DC current, and automatically adjust the matching of load impedance. The goal is to achieve relatively constant power output, save time and electricity, and improve the power factor on the grid side. When precise control of the inverter lead angle is required in the high-frequency range or other situations, choose the constant angle mode: it can automatically adjust the inverter lead angle during operation, allowing the equipment to operate stably under various harsh conditions such as rapid impedance changes and high operating frequencies
