Recently, Forever Electromechanical officially released a new generation of Steel Billet Induction Heating System, customized for metallurgical rolling and forging industries. With core advantages of high efficiency, precision and energy saving, it comprehensively upgrades steel billet heating technology, helping steel enterprises reduce costs, improve efficiency and achieve green transformation.

Adopting advanced IGBT medium-frequency induction heating technology, equipped with PLC full-digital intelligent control and infrared precise temperature measurement, the system realizes rapid and uniform heating of steel billets from room temperature to rolling temperature. The temperature fluctuation is controlled within ±3℃, and the oxidation burning loss rate is only 0.5%-1%, far lower than traditional furnaces. The equipment supports continuous automatic production, with one-key process parameter calling and single-person operation, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs. Meanwhile, its closed heating design produces no smoke and dust, with thermal efficiency up to 70%, significantly reducing energy consumption and workshop temperature, and improving the working environment.
