As a core basic component of equipment manufacturing, steel balls are widely used in bearings, precision machinery and automotive fields, but their traditional production process has long been labeled as "high energy consumption and high pollution". Recently, Forever Electromechanical officially launched a new generation of green steel balll production line, which integrates induction heat treatment technology and full-process environmental protection design, completely rewriting the production mode of the steel ball manufacturing industry and setting a new model for low-carbon transformation of the basic parts industry.

Aiming at these industry problems, Forever Electromechanical's new steel ball production line takes "zero pollution, low energy consumption, full cycle environmental protection" as the core design concept, and realizes subversive upgrading of environmental protection performance from the source of the process. The core heat treatment link adopts the self-developed medium frequency induction heating furnace, which completely cancels the open flame combustion link, realizes zero emission of waste gas and soot in the production process, and the thermal efficiency reaches more than 70%. Compared with the traditional production line, the comprehensive energy consumption per 10,000 steel balls is reduced by 42%, and the annual carbon emission reduction of a single production line exceeds 1,200 tons, which is equivalent to the carbon sequestration of 67,000 trees.

In terms of full-process pollution control, the production line is equipped with a fully closed circulating cooling system and a waste liquid purification and reuse device. The quenching liquid and cleaning water are recycled after multi-stage filtration, realizing zero discharge of production waste water. The fully enclosed grinding workshop is matched with an intelligent dust collection system, which collects and treats metal dust in a centralized manner, and the dust removal rate reaches 99.8%, completely solving the problem of occupational health and environmental pollution caused by dust diffusion. At the same time, the precise control of induction heat treatment reduces the oxidation loss of steel ball surface by 85%, greatly reduces the generation of metal solid waste, and saves more than 15% of raw material consumption.

At present, this production line has been put into operation in Forever Electromechanical's manufacturing base, and has passed the ISO 14001 environmental management system certification and EU RoHS environmental protection standard certification.
