Equipped with a high-definition touch control interface, the system supports one-click storage, retrieval and switching of multiple sets of process parameters, adapting to the production requirements of forged steel balls with different specifications and materials. Real-time two-way communication and closed-loop collaboration between DSP and PLC completely eliminate the precision deviation of traditional analog control. The temperature difference in steel ball heat treatment is strictly controlled within an ultra-narrow range, ensuring uniform metallographic structure of steel balls and greatly improving the hardness consistency and impact resistance of finished products.
