These technical defects easily cause inconsistent hardness, insufficient wear resistance and poor batch stability of finished steel balls. The DSP core undertakes high-speed real-time operation, accurate temperature signal acquisition, dynamic frequency tracking and power closed-loop regulation. With powerful high-speed computing capability, it realizes millisecond-level process response and precisely controls the whole procedures of heating, quenching and heat preservation.

The PLC system is responsible for the overall automatic logic control, equipment linkage scheduling, human-computer interaction and data traceability of the entire production line. It intelligently manages the full-process automatic operation of feeding, heating, cooling, discharging and product inspection. Equipped with a high-definition touch control interface, the system supports one-click storage, retrieval and switching of multiple sets of process parameters, adapting to the production requirements of forged steel balls with different specifications and materials. Real-time two-way communication and closed-loop collaboration between DSP and PLC completely eliminate the precision deviation of traditional analog control. The temperature difference in steel ball heat treatment is strictly controlled within an ultra-narrow range, ensuring uniform metallographic structure of steel balls and greatly improving the hardness consistency and impact resistance of finished products.
