Forever Electromechanical Solves Core Pain Points of Forging Steel Ball Production Line

Forging steel balls are core wear-resistant parts widely used in mining, cement, and thermal power grinding industries. Aiming at the above industry pain points, Forever Electromechanical’s new forging automatic steel ball production line realizes full-process intelligent upgrading with independent research and development of IGBT medium-frequency induction heating core technology. Different from traditional open-flame heating, the equipment adopts internal electromagnetic eddy current heating, achieving zero flue gas emission and low-oxidation production, which fully complies with international environmental protection production requirements and solves the pollution problem fundamentally.

Equipped with a closed-loop infrared constant temperature control system, the production line realizes real-time temperature monitoring and dynamic power adjustment, keeping the heating temperature error within ±1℃. It thoroughly solves the defect of uneven heating of steel billets, ensures consistent hardness, precise sphericity and stable metallographic structure of each forged steel ball, and greatly improves product wear resistance and service life. Moreover, the integrated design of automatic feeding, continuous heating, intelligent forging and automatic sorting realizes unmanned continuous production, reducing labor dependence and production error rate.

In terms of energy saving and cost reduction, Forever’s production line has a thermal efficiency of over 90%, saving more than 25% energy compared with traditional equipment. The low oxidation heating technology effectively reduces raw material loss and improves finished product yield. Highly adaptable to various specifications of carbon steel and alloy steel balls, the flexible production line supports customized production and line transformation of old workshops.
