The system precisely controls IGBT devices to realize ZCS zero-current soft turn-on and ZVS zero-voltage soft turn-off, which significantly reduces switching loss and electromagnetic interference and extends the service life of core IGBT components. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a full-coverage intelligent fault diagnosis system that monitors potential risks including overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating and resonance abnormality in real time, with functions of fault early warning, intelligent shutdown and data traceability. Matched with a high-efficiency water-cooling heat dissipation structure, it supports 24-hour uninterrupted continuous industrial operation.
