Equipped with a full digital intelligent control system, it features intuitive color display and real-time parameter monitoring. Manufacturers can preset multiple production formulas to realize one-click switching of different specifications of steel ball processing, greatly improving production flexibility. Meanwhile, it supports remote debugging and data monitoring, which is convenient for enterprise intelligent production management.
Energy saving and environmental protection are prominent advantages of this equipment. The induction heating mode converts electric energy into thermal energy inside the metal blank directly, with a thermal efficiency of over 95%, which is 30% higher than traditional heating furnaces. It effectively reduces power consumption and production costs. In addition, the closed heating structure avoids open flame combustion, reduces metal oxidation and decarbonization, and improves the surface finish and mechanical properties of finished steel balls. The optimized circuit design and rugged steel cabinet structure ensure stable long-term operation, lower failure rate and reduce later maintenance costs.
