The Induction Heating Machine for Pipe is a professional induction heating equipment specially designed for seamless steel pipes, alloy steel pipes and precision pipe fittings. It is mainly applied for pipe quenching and tempering, end thickening, thermal expansion, pipe bending preheating, weld stress relief, surface quenching and tempering processes. Adopting intermediate-frequency electromagnetic induction heating principle, the equipment generates eddy current thermal effect inside the pipe wall through alternating magnetic field to achieve uniform heating from inside to outside. Different from traditional gas furnaces and resistance furnaces, it requires no combustion medium and features fast temperature rise and high temperature control accuracy. The heating frequency and power can be adjusted according to pipe diameter, wall thickness and material, suitable for thin-wall precision pipes and thick-wall high-pressure pipes. The complete process includes automatic feeding, centering correction, induction rapid heating, constant temperature soaking, controllable cooling, straightening and discharging.

Equipped with enclosed induction coils and a closed-loop intelligent temperature control system together with infrared temperature measurement modules, the machine monitors pipe wall temperature in real time to avoid deformation, oxidation and cracks caused by local overheating and excessive temperature difference. With concentrated heating area and low heat loss, the equipment ensures uniform and dense metallographic structure, improving hardness, pressure resistance and fatigue resistance. Meanwhile, it reduces oxide scale to maintain a smooth pipe surface. The circulating cooling system with adjustable cooling speed meets diverse hardness requirements.
