Forever's Induction Production Line for Steel Ball Passes On-Site Commissioning in One Go, Enabling Efficient Production for Overseas Client

Recently, the Induction Production Line for Steel Ball independently developed and manufactured by Forever completed installation and commissioning at an overseas client's site. All performance indicators met the acceptance criteria in a single run, and the line has smoothly entered mass production. Integrating an IGBT medium-frequency induction heating power supply, automatic feeding system, temperature monitoring module and discharging & sorting unit, the production line realizes fully automated operation from billet feeding, heating to discharging, marking another milestone in Forever's engineering delivery capability for steel ball rolling and heat treatment equipment.

The delivered induction production line for steel ball was custom-designed for the client's local working conditions. Adopting the medium-frequency induction heating principle, the equipment heats steel ball billets rapidly and uniformly through electromagnetic induction. Compared with traditional gas furnaces or resistance furnaces, it delivers significantly higher heating efficiency, greatly reduced energy consumption, and no open flame or exhaust emissions, fully aligning with green manufacturing requirements. The core power module adopts Forever's self-developed IGBT intermediate frequency induction power supply, featuring constant-power output, multiple over-voltage and over-current protections, and remote diagnosis, ensuring strong operational stability and low maintenance cost.

During on-site commissioning, Forever's technical service team worked closely with the client, sequentially completing mechanical installation, electrical wiring, water cooling system inspection, no-load trial run and loaded commissioning with materials. For the heating temperature, cycle time and discharging consistency requirements of different steel ball specifications, engineers finely matched the power output, heating duration and conveying speed. The final continuous operation test showed that the heating temperature uniformity, hourly output and continuous running stability all met — and in some aspects exceeded — the contracted indicators, earning high recognition from the client's on-site acceptance team.
