The new intelligent hot rolling and skew production line thoroughly optimizes the core production logic and realizes comprehensive intelligent iteration of the whole process from feeding, constant-temperature heating, skew rolling forming to quenching and finishing.

The production line adopts a high-precision PLC closed-loop intelligent control system, equipped with multi-dimensional sensors for real-time monitoring of temperature, rolling speed, pressure and operating current. It realizes millisecond-level dynamic adjustment of process parameters, controlling the heating temperature fluctuation within ±5℃ and the internal and external hardness difference of steel balls below 5HRC. This effectively solves the problem of inconsistent mechanical properties of finished products and greatly improves product stability and wear resistance.

Different from ordinary rolling equipment, the upgraded skew rolling structure adopts optimized double-roller synchronous transmission technology, ensuring 360° uniform stress forming of steel balls and effectively improving roundness and dimensional accuracy. Supported by advanced electromagnetic induction heating technology, the line eliminates excessive oxide scale caused by traditional gas heating, achieving a 40% improvement in heating uniformity and remarkable reduction of material loss. Meanwhile, the adaptive power matching system automatically adjusts energy output according to workpiece specifications, reducing comprehensive energy consumption by over 18% compared with conventional production lines.

The entire production process realizes full automation without manual intervention, covering automatic feeding, intelligent rolling, precise quenching and automatic discharging. The built-in predictive maintenance module monitors equipment vibration, operating status and component wear in real time, realizing early fault warning and reducing unplanned downtime. All production data is automatically recorded and traceable, supporting remote monitoring and intelligent parameter optimization, fully complying with Industry 4.0 digital production standards.
