Relying on electromagnetic induction heating technology and fully automated integrated design, this new product overturns the limitations of conventional heating equipment and brings revolutionary upgrades to the heat treatment of steel bars, steel plates and mechanical accessories.

The production line integrates full-process automated processing, covering automatic feeding, induction heating, precise quenching, constant-temperature tempering, straightening and intelligent discharging, realizing unmanned continuous assembly-line operation. Equipped with high-precision closed-loop temperature detection system and PLC+HMI intelligent control platform, the equipment supports one-click parameter setting and data storage. It can automatically adjust heating power, running speed and quenching flow according to workpiece materials and specifications, with temperature control accuracy up to ±3°C, ensuring consistent hardness and mechanical properties of each batch of products.

For operational safety and stability, the equipment is equipped with a complete multi-dimensional protection system, including over-current, over-voltage, water pressure and over-temperature fault self-diagnosis and alarm functions, which can automatically cut off power to avoid equipment damage and safety accidents. The optimized modular structure is compact and durable, with low failure rate and convenient daily maintenance, adapting to long-term high-load industrial continuous production.
