This complete quenching and tempering solution is matched with professional pipe induction heating equipment, specially used for post-heat treatment of seamless steel pipes, alloy pressure pipes and thermal pipeline workpieces. It covers outer diameter from φ25mm to φ325mm and wall thickness from 3mm to 40mm, suitable for carbon steel, low alloy steel and pipeline steel mass continuous production. The whole process adopts medium-frequency sectional induction heating, constant temperature homogenization and closed-loop spray cooling integrated technology, which effectively solves uneven hardness, radial mechanical deviation, surface oxidation and high energy consumption of traditional furnace processing.

Core process parameters are standardized and solidified. The quenching heating temperature is stably controlled at 850℃—900℃, with wall temperature deviation less than ±4℃. The holding time is set from 30s to 120s according to actual wall thickness to ensure uniform austenitization. The low-temperature tempering temperature is precisely maintained at 190℃—230℃ to release internal quenching stress and improve overall toughness and compression resistance. The spray cooling water pressure is 0.35–0.55MPa, and the roller conveying speed is adjustable between 6–12m/min to ensure stable and consistent mechanical performance of the whole pipe.

Strict safety and process protection measures are adopted in actual operation. Fully enclosed thermal insulation structure avoids surface decarburization and oxidation. Interlock power protection prevents coil overload damage. Coaxial positioning tool ensures uniform heating without eccentric temperature difference. Slow natural cooling after tempering avoids secondary stress deformation. Regular calibration of infrared thermometers guarantees traceable and accurate temperature data.
