Sensor manufacturing process:
The ratio of the inner diameter of the induction coil to the outer diameter of the billet in the quenching and tempering equipment for sucker rods is within a reasonable range and is designed based on the process parameters provided by the user. The inductor coil is mainly made by winding rectangular copper tubes, acid washing, water pressure testing and other main processes, and then fixed as a whole. After the entire inductor is made, it forms a rectangular prism with good vibration resistance and integrity.

The two ends of the sensor are protected by copper plates, which can effectively prevent electromagnetic radiation from causing harm to the operator. Therefore, when the inner diameter of the coil is constant, while ensuring the strength of the furnace lining, the larger the inner diameter of the furnace lining, the more advantageous it is for the workpiece. The furnace lining of the quenching and tempering equipment sensor for the sucker rod adopts a practical segmented integral casting and knotting process, and the central knotting method is commonly used when knotting the furnace lining. This knotting process places the billet in the middle of the sensor, which is beneficial for the uniform heating temperature of the billet and more in line with the principle of proximity effect in electromagnetic induction.

Segmented manufacturing process for quenching and tempering equipment sensors for sucker rods: Segmented structure sensors not only facilitate manufacturing and maintenance, but also give different functions to each section according to temperature gradient requirements. Variable power density design combined with two-point temperature control can make heating temperature more accurate.
