Process Flow of Forever Electromechanical Steel Rod Induction Heating Equipment

The Forever Electromechanical steel rod induction heating equipment relies on IGBT medium frequency induction technology and PLC intelligent control system to achieve full process automation and precise heating, adapt to various specifications of steel plates, meet the needs of pre forging heating, heat treatment, etc., with no oxidation and low energy consumption throughout the process. The core process flow is as follows.

1、 Preliminary preparation and parameter debugging

The operator sets the heating power, frequency, and other parameters based on the material, size, and target heating temperature of the steel rod, and calls the parameter memory without the need for repeated debugging; The device self checks the core components and enters standby mode after no faults are found. It can customize exclusive heating solutions.

2、 Automatic feeding and precise conveying

The steel bars are lifted to the flipping mechanism by lifting equipment, adjusted and leveled, and then transported to the feeding roller conveyor. The roller conveyor is independently driven and controlled by frequency conversion, and the speed can be adjusted in real time to ensure smooth and precise positioning of the steel bars.

3、 Segmented induction heating (core process)

Adopting a segmented heating mode to ensure uniform and transparent heating, it is divided into three stages:

-Preheating section: Low power medium frequency heating to eliminate internal stress in steel bars and reduce energy consumption.

-Thermal section: IGBT heating power supply outputs an alternating magnetic field to synchronously raise the temperature inside and outside the steel rod, and adopts zone control to ensure uniform temperature in the width direction.

-Uniform heating section: Constant temperature insulation, reducing the temperature difference across the section, ensuring full plate heat transmission, and reducing oxidation losses.

4、 Online temperature measurement and intelligent control

The infrared temperature measurement system monitors the temperature of the steel rod in real time, feeds back to the PLC control center to form a closed-loop control, automatically adjusts parameters, and ensures temperature accuracy of ± 10 ℃. Key parameters can be displayed, stored, and traced in real time.

5、 Material sorting and subsequent processing

Qualified steel bars are transported to the designated area via the discharge roller conveyor, and the insulation box at the discharge outlet is used to prevent rapid cooling; Unqualified steel plates can be automatically diverted for processing, and the heat treatment process can be directly connected to the quenching cooling system.

6、 Equipment maintenance and safety assurance

After the process is completed, the equipment automatically cools down, and the water cooling system protects the core components; Equipped with complete fault alarm and diagnostic devices, convenient daily maintenance, and can work continuously 24 hours a day.
