Equipped with segmented temperature control modules and high-precision infrared real-time temperature monitoring system, the production line supports dynamic power adjustment and closed-loop temperature control with high accuracy. It can flexibly adapt to steel balls of different diameters and materials, including high-chromium alloy steel, medium-chromium steel and carbon steel. The independent heating and heat preservation section ensures stable temperature holding before forging, improving metal fluidity during forging molding, making steel ball roundness more accurate and effectively reducing out-of-round and deformation rates.

In terms of finished product quality improvement, induction heating produces ultra-thin oxide scale without surface decarburization, effectively improving the surface finish of forged steel balls. After precise quenching and low-temperature tempering treatment, the steel balls obtain high and uniform hardness, excellent wear resistance and strong impact toughness, avoiding peeling and fragmentation during high-intensity grinding operation. Meanwhile, the flameless and closed heating structure reduces energy consumption and zero flue gas emission, fully meeting modern factory environmental protection and low-carbon production standards.
