Traditional steel ball forging processes mostly rely on gas-fired furnaces or coal-fired heating equipment, which suffer from low electrothermal conversion efficiency and prominent environmental problems. Open-flame heating generates massive flue gas and harmful exhaust, failing to meet international environmental protection standards. Long-term high-temperature heating leads to thick oxide scales on steel blanks, causing serious material waste and low product yield. In addition, outdated production lines lack heat recovery and dust purification systems, resulting in high tonnage energy consumption, severe workshop environmental pollution and high post-processing environmental governance costs, becoming major obstacles for enterprises to expand overseas markets.

In terms of resource recycling and clean production, the production line is equipped with an independent forging waste heat recovery system. It fully recycles residual heat generated during forging and quenching to preheat raw materials, omitting secondary heating links and further optimizing energy utilization efficiency. Meanwhile, the closed-loop production structure effectively reduces steel blank oxidation loss, thinning oxide scales and improving the finished product yield by nearly 5%, realizing zero wastewater discharge and low material waste in the whole process.
