Core Composition of Steel Ball Production Line

The first part is the billet induction heating system. It rapidly and evenly heats steel rods to the ideal rolling temperature with IGBT induction power supply. Compared with traditional fuel heating, it cuts energy consumption and reduces surface oxidation and decarburization of raw materials. Next is the hot rolling mill for steel ball forming. Heated steel bars are fed into rolling dies to form spherical blanks in one pass.
