To solve the industry’s universal technical bottlenecks, Forever Electromechanical’s professional R&D team launched targeted customized renovation for the steel ball production line. Different from single equipment modification in the industry, this upgrade focuses on full-process intelligent optimization based on advanced induction heating technology. The team replaced the traditional heating system with high-performance IGBT intermediate frequency induction power supply, which greatly improves electric energy conversion efficiency and reduces reactive power loss. Compared with traditional resistance heating, the new power system avoids thermal inertia loss and realizes instant heating and precise power regulation.

Meanwhile, the production line adopts a newly designed closed thermal insulation structure and circulating heat recovery system. The device effectively collects and reuses the residual heat generated during continuous steel ball heating, reducing surface heat radiation and flue gas heat loss. Equipped with an intelligent PLC automatic control system and real-time temperature monitoring module, the line realizes segmented, constant-temperature and quantitative heating according to steel ball specifications and process standards. The precise closed-loop control eliminates product quality fluctuations caused by temperature deviation, reduces rework rate, and fundamentally cuts down ineffective energy consumption.

After one month of continuous commissioning and mass production verification, the renovated steel ball production line shows excellent comprehensive performance. The overall comprehensive energy consumption per ton of products is reduced by more than 32%, the production efficiency is increased by 15%, and the product qualification rate rises steadily to over 99%. The upgrade not only greatly reduces the enterprise’s electricity cost and comprehensive production cost, but also significantly reduces carbon emissions and thermal pollution, realizing the organic unity of high-quality production, efficient production and green production.
