1. Product Overview

The Hot rolled steel ball production line is specially customized for steel ball hot rolling, forging and quenching production lines. It adopts IGBT medium-high frequency induction heating technology, which realizes uniform through-heating for steel bar raw materials and finished steel balls. Featuring low oxidation, precise temperature control and continuous automatic feeding, it is widely applicable for grinding balls, bearing steel balls and industrial wear-resistant steel balls. The equipment supports round steel blank heating, integral quenching and surface tempering to meet the hardness and toughness requirements of finished steel balls.
