Efficient and uniform heating system:

Heating method: Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, the heating time of the workpiece is short, the speed is fast, and the efficiency is high

Precise temperature control: Adopting multi zone temperature control technology, multiple temperature zones are independently and accurately controlled along the length direction of the furnace, ensuring that the temperature height of the steel plate in the length and width directions is uniform before quenching (the temperature difference can be controlled within ± 5 ° C).

Advanced combustion and control: It has high sealing performance, does not produce dust, noise and other pollution during production, and has high environmental performance.

Strong and uniform hardening system (core of the core):

Quenching method: pressure spray quenching is the mainstream and advanced technology. There are dense nozzle arrays arranged on the upper and lower parts of the equipment.

High uniformity cooling: Through precision designed nozzle layout, independent control of water/air pressure and flow zoning, precise control of cooling rate for different thicknesses and steel grades of steel plates is achieved, minimizing hardening deformation and internal stress to the greatest extent possible.

High cooling intensity: A large flow high-pressure water supply system ensures that even at thick sections of steel plates, a cooling rate exceeding the critical cooling rate can be obtained, ensuring hardenability.

Optional hardening media: The equipment may support different hardening media such as water and polymer aqueous solutions to meet the needs of different materials.

High precision process automation and control:

Full automation: from feeding, furnace conveying, hardening, to discharging, the entire process is automatically controlled by PLC or industrial computer.

Process database: Built in expert process database, which can automatically call and optimize hardening process parameters (temperature, time, cooling intensity) based on steel plate material, thickness, and target hardness.

Real time monitoring and feedback: Integrated with infrared thermometers, flow meters, pressure sensors, etc., real-time monitoring of steel plate temperature and hardening status, achieving dynamic process adjustment.
