The thick walled steel pipe heating furnace adopts Siemens S7-300 PLC as the control center to achieve fully automatic control, especially the closed-loop temperature control system of Yuantuo Electromechanical. Through three different parts, temperature feedback signals are used and processed by PLC and industrial computer to automatically adjust the power of the intermediate frequency power supply and resistance furnace to meet high-precision heating requirements.

After the pipeline heating furnace provided by Forever Electromechanical fails, the buyer should immediately notify our company. For operational faults, our company should provide answers within four hours of receiving the fault notification; For equipment malfunctions, the company will dispatch technical personnel to the site within 24 hours after receiving notification of the malfunction. Other services: At the request of the buyer, the company's technical personnel provide other services as requested by the buyer.

1. Accessory replacement:

For induction heating equipment damage caused by component quality issues during the warranty period, the company will provide on-site service and replace the damaged equipment free of charge. Due to human factors causing equipment damage, the company has an obligation to replace the damaged equipment.

2. Services during the warranty period:

The pipeline heating device has a warranty period of 12 months after it is put into operation. If the equipment or corresponding accessories are damaged during the warranty period, the company is responsible for compensation or free repair.

3. Services after the warranty period:
