Forever Electromechanical customizes a steel pipe induction hardening and tempering furnace based on the size and parameters of the user's workpiece. The steel pipe induction hardening and tempering furnace uses a PLC control system combined with a US Raytek infrared thermometer and a German Siemens S7 to form a closed-loop control system, which automatically adjusts the power supply for the initial temperature and feed rate of the tube blank entering the induction sensor. The steel pipe induction hardening and tempering furnace heats the workpiece to maintain a constant temperature before it is discharged from the furnace.

● Main application: Suitable for induction heat treatment of steel pipes, seamless steel pipes, thick walled steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, etc.

● Power supply system: The power supply consists of 500~3200KW/1000~800HZ.

● Applicable scope: ø 20 ø 600, wall thickness 2.5mm-10mm, hourly output: 1.5-10 tons.

● Conveyor roller conveyor: The axis of the roller conveyor forms an angle of 18-21 ° with the axis of the workpiece. The workpiece rotates while moving forward at a constant speed, making heating more uniform. The roller conveyor between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled.

● Feeding system: Each axis is driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter; Flexible design of differential output, segmented control of operating speed.

● Formula management function: A powerful formula management system that automatically calls relevant parameters after entering the steel grade, outer diameter, and wall thickness parameters to be produced, eliminating the need to manually record, view, and input the required parameter values for various workpieces.

● Multi channel closed-loop function: A high-level temperature, voltage, and other multi-channel closed-loop system has been designed to address the instability of power supply systems in underdeveloped areas and countries.

● Energy conversion: using quenching method, with a power consumption of 280-320 kWh per ton.
