The steel plate induction quenching equipment adopts electromagnetic induction heating, and the heat is emitted from the inside of the shovel blade, with high heating temperature and fast speed. After heating, it is directly sent into the quenching water tank by the supporting wheel for cooling, which has a fast cooling rate and is easy to form a uniform martensitic structure inside the metal. The shovel blade uses electromagnetic induction coils for less heating time, resulting in less oxidation and decarburization on the surface of the workpiece, which can quench the shovel blade thoroughly. After quenching, the surface hardness of the workpiece is high and uniform.
Hardening process of the steel plate quenching production line
The bulldozer blade steel plate quenching production line uses medium frequency current to heat the workpiece for quenching heat treatment processing. The bulldozer blade steel plate quenching equipment applies the principle of electromagnetic induction to heat the blade. When the steel plate passes through the electromagnetic induction coil, an inductive eddy current is generated inside the steel plate, and the resistance generated by the eddy current flow is used to heat the steel plate. After heating to the set temperature, the steel plate can be cooled by spraying water using a quenching water tank. Before quenching, adjust the DC voltage, DC current, intermediate frequency voltage of the quenching heat treatment equipment, the speed at which the supporting wheel drives the steel plate to move, as well as the water pressure and temperature of the quenching water tank. During quenching, use a single arm crane to lift the steel plate onto the support wheel of the bulldozer blade heating quenching equipment. As the supporting wheel rotates, the steel plate is fed into the electromagnetic induction coil. When induced current is generated on the surface of the steel plate, its temperature can quickly reach the quenching temperature. As the supporting wheel rotates, the steel plate is removed from the electromagnetic induction coil and enters the quenching water tank. The nozzle of the sink sprays cooling water onto the steel plate blade, rapidly cooling it and achieving quenching hardness.
