1、 Heating and temperature control
Electromagnetic induction heating: Directly heating steel bars through a magnetic field, with an efficiency 2-3 times higher than that of a resistance furnace, and a power consumption of ≤ 500 degrees per ton.
Multi point temperature control monitoring: Real time feedback of surface and core temperature, temperature difference controlled within ± 5 ℃, ensuring uniform hardening layer.
Adjustable parameters: Power supply, mechanical parameters, and cooling speed can all be precisely controlled through a computer system.
2、 Process and Performance
Quenching and cooling: After heating to 850-920 ℃, spray cooling is carried out, and the cooling water flow rate is adjusted in sections. The depth of the hardened layer is 2-6mm.
Tempering process: eliminates quenching stress, adjusts toughness, increases carbide dispersion in microstructure, and has high wear resistance.
Mechanical properties: High surface hardness, improved fatigue strength, and enhanced impact resistance.
