Forever Wind Power Bolt Quenching and Tempering Heat Treatment Equipment is a fully automatic quenching and tempering heat treatment production line designed specifically for long axis workpieces such as wind power bolts. It uses medium frequency induction heating technology to achieve a seamless process of heating, spray quenching, and tempering.

Energy conversion: using quenching and self tempering method, with a power consumption of 360-400 kWh per ton.
