Process flow and description

Steel bar inspection: mainly inspecting straightness and surface cracks;

Loading: Generally lifted onto the material rack by a crane, the rod material is pulled into the conveyor roller by an automatic flipping mechanism; Heating: After setting the heating temperature of the steel ball production line, it is automatically controlled by PLC; Rolling: The main motor has variable frequency speed regulation to meet the speed requirements of different specifications of steel balls, and is matched with intermediate frequency induction heat treatment equipment; Conveyor lifting isothermal machine: Conveyor lifting variable frequency speed regulation, adjusting the quenching temperature of steel balls; quench; Variable frequency speed regulation of quenching inner spiral drum to adjust the outlet water temperature of steel balls after quenching; Aggregate and cooling enter the offline resistance furnace for tempering treatment (steel balls below 50mm can directly enter the insulation box for residual temperature self tempering)

Cooling; Cool the tempered steel ball to room temperature;

Composition and Application of Steel Ball Heat Treatment Furnace:

The induction heating furnace and temperature control device consist of an induction heating power supply, furnace cabinet, capacitor bank, heat transfer furnace body, clamping roller, power furnace body connection line, operation console, infrared thermometer, PLC control system, etc. Used for heating round steel billets to the rolling temperature and entering the inclined rolling mill for rolling, the heating furnace adopts advanced infrared temperature measurement and closed-loop control. The production efficiency and heating temperature of the steel ball heating and heat treatment equipment can be fully matched with the rolling speed of the rolling mill through PLC parameter setting to achieve isothermal rolling during the rolling process. Secondly, compared with gas furnaces and coal-fired furnaces, induction heating has no oxidation on the surface of the heated defective material, uniform heating, and can be used and stopped immediately. It occupies a small area and can be connected to an automated production line to avoid waste of billet heating caused by subsequent mechanical failures.
