This full-automatic grinding media production line adopts skew rolling / forging + medium frequency induction heating process, covering bar feeding, blank heating, forming, quenching, tempering, sorting and packaging. It can produce hot-rolled and forged grinding steel balls from Φ20mm–Φ120mm, with adjustable capacity of 3–8T/H. The whole line is controlled by PLC, equipped with infrared temperature closed-loop system and online inspection station. It is widely used for mining, cement and thermal power ball mill grinding media. We support customized layout according to workshop size, steel grade and target output. The integrated design reduces intermediate transfer, realizes continuous 24h operation, and delivers stable finished balls with good roundness, uniform hardness and low breakage rate for global grinding media manufacturers.
