1, internal and external cleaning, including all kinds of solder joint cleaning and inspection, relays, contactors, contacts and iron core cleaning, replacement of circulating water, removal of water cooling system scale, replacement of aging and deterioration of pipes, etc.
2, check the oil leakage or replacement of insulation and clogging capacitors.

4, comprehensively check the control loop, trigger system, including waveform measurement, voltage measurement, phase shift check of rectifier trigger pulse, reliability check of protection action.
5, determine the inverter output waveform, check whether the safety margin has a big change.
6, calibration instruments and protective relays.
7,The voltage equalizing resistance and capacitive absorption resistance of each thyristor are measured.
8, tighten the connecting bolts and terminals of the conductive part, and fasten the screws of the elements.
