Product Details
The blade quenching production line of the TuShi machine uses medium frequency current to heat the workpiece for quenching heat treatment processing. The blade heating and quenching equipment of the bulldozer applies the principle of electromagnetic induction to heat the blade. When the blade passes through the electromagnetic induction coil, an inductive eddy current is generated inside the blade, and the resistance generated by the eddy current flow is used to heat the blade. After heating to the set temperature, the scraper blade can be cooled by spraying water using a quenching water tank. Before quenching, adjust the DC voltage, DC current, intermediate frequency voltage of the quenching heat treatment equipment, the speed of the shovel blade driven by the supporting wheel, as well as the water pressure and temperature of the quenching water tank spray. During quenching, use a single arm crane to lift the shovel blade onto the support wheel of the bulldozer blade heating quenching equipment. As the idler rotates, the blade is fed into the electromagnetic induction coil. When an induced current is generated on the surface of the shovel blade, its temperature can quickly reach the quenching temperature. As the idler rotates, the blade moves out of the electromagnetic induction coil and enters the quenching water tank. The nozzle of the sink sprays cooling water onto the shovel blade, rapidly cooling it and achieving quenching hardness.
