Finishes On-site Commissioning of Hot Rolling Steel Ball Heating Machine

Forever Electromechanical has recently completed full on-site installation, commissioning and trial production of the customized hot rolling steel ball heating machine for a professional steel ball manufacturing enterprise. After rounds of operational testing and process calibration, the equipment has achieved stable and standardized operation on site. All core indicators including heating uniformity, production speed, temperature control accuracy and energy-saving performance have reached industrial design standards and customer production requirements, marking a new upgrade in Forever Electromechanical’s intelligent heating equipment for steel ball hot rolling processing.

This equipment adopts high-efficiency intermediate frequency induction heating technology, featuring fast heating speed and non-contact uniform heating. It can realize continuous feeding, precise constant-temperature heating and automatic discharging for steel ball blanks, perfectly matching the continuous production rhythm of hot rolling lines. Different from traditional heating furnaces, the induction heating mode effectively avoids material oxidation and decarbonization, ensures the internal and external temperature consistency of steel ball blanks, and lays a solid foundation for high-precision hot rolling forming.
