Equipped with a self-developed IGBT high-efficiency power supply system, the equipment boasts an electrothermal conversion efficiency of over 92%, which is 35% higher than traditional heating furnaces. It effectively cuts long-term production power consumption for processing enterprises. Supported by a full closed-loop PLC intelligent control system and high-precision infrared temperature sensors, the furnace realizes real-time temperature monitoring and dynamic power adjustment, controlling the overall temperature fluctuation within ±2°C. Whether for small-diameter fine steel bars or large-size thick bars, the equipment can maintain consistent heating quality and stable hardened layer depth, drastically reducing product reject rates.

In terms of environmental protection and safety, the steel bar hardening and tempering furnace achieves zero flue gas and dust emission during operation, complying with EU and global industrial environmental protection standards. The matched circulating water cooling system reduces water consumption by more than 40% compared with traditional equipment.
