In trial production, the induction heating unit achieves fast and uniform through‑heating for steel bars. Heating temperature is stably controlled within the required range for steel ball hot rolling, with low surface oxidation loss, effectively avoiding common defects such as uneven hardness and internal stress of hot‑rolled steel balls. Multiple batches of sample steel balls were randomly inspected for roundness, surface hardness and impact toughness; all key performance indicators meet the customer’s technical acceptance standards, and the whole line runs in smooth coordination with the original hot‑rolling mill.

Apart from hardware debugging, the Forever technical team delivered systematic on‑site training for local operators and maintenance staff. The training included standard startup‑shutdown procedures, parameter adjustment of medium frequency induction power supply, daily inspection points, common fault judgment and quick troubleshooting methods.
