Centered on IGBT power supplies as the "heart", this series adopts fully digital DSP control with a power factor of ≥0.95, saving 15%-30% energy and increasing heating speed by over 40% compared with traditional SCR power supplies, with temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, effectively reducing oxidation loss and improving yield. The system supports closed-loop control of constant power/constant temperature/constant current, adapts to steel, aluminum, copper and other materials, and flexibly meets process requirements such as local heating, overall through-heating and continuous heat treatment.
