The upgraded intelligent forging & rolling steel ball production line is equipped with a digital PLC closed-loop control system, high-precision multi-point infrared temperature measurement module and AI adaptive process algorithm, forming a fully automatic intelligent heating system. It collects real-time data of furnace temperature, feeding speed, heating power and working conditions, dynamically optimizing heating parameters at millisecond level. The internal temperature error is stably controlled within ±5℃, completely solving the problem of uneven core and surface heating and eliminating rolling defects from the source. Compared with traditional equipment, it improves thermal efficiency greatly with a comprehensive power saving rate of over 15%. Featuring flameless operation and low emissions, it fully meets green production standards.
