The equipment is built with an intelligent fault diagnosis and early warning system, which can real-timely monitor operating parameters including overcurrent, overvoltage, water temperature and abnormal load conditions. It can predict potential equipment faults in advance and automatically activate the protection mechanism, raising the cold start success rate to 98.5% and effectively reducing equipment failure rate and shutdown losses. Meanwhile, it supports the storage and one-click calling of multiple sets of process parameters, and can seamlessly connect with automatic production lines and factory data platforms, adapting to unmanned and large-scale continuous production scenarios.

In addition, adopting a modular integrated and lightweight structure together with a split circulating cooling system, the equipment features stronger operational stability and more convenient inspection and maintenance. It supports the heat treatment of workpieces with a diameter ranging from 20mm to 120mm and ultra-long sizes, and is applicable to multiple processes including forging, quenching, through heating and welding.
