This annealing furnace adopts a sealed non-oxidation heating structure with an internal protective atmosphere. Filled with high-purity nitrogen or hydrogen mixed gas, it effectively isolates outside air to avoid tube surface oxidation and decarburization. Different from traditional open-flame heating furnaces, this equipment achieves bright annealing without pickling treatment, maintaining the original metallic luster and smooth surface of stainless steel tubes. The segmented temperature control system divides the furnace into heating section, heat preservation section and slow cooling section, achieving gradual and stable temperature changes.

Equipped with an advanced resistance heating system, the furnace delivers rapid and uniform heat conduction. The precise temperature control system keeps the annealing temperature steadily between 1050℃ and 1180℃, with a temperature tolerance controlled within ±4℃. This scientific heating process optimizes the internal grain structure of stainless steel tubes, eliminates residual stress generated during cold rolling and drawing, and significantly improves ductility, toughness and processing performance. The finished tubes feature uniform hardness and stable mechanical properties, meeting high-standard pipeline manufacturing requirements.

In terms of structural durability and energy conservation, the furnace body is built with high-quality lightweight refractory insulation materials, which effectively reduces heat loss and improves thermal utilization efficiency. The integrated water-cooled sealing structure ensures stable atmosphere concentration and prevents gas leakage. Meanwhile, the intelligent PLC automatic control system realizes one-key start, constant temperature maintenance and automatic atmosphere compensation. It supports real-time monitoring of furnace temperature, gas flow and running status, greatly simplifying operation steps and lowering daily maintenance and labor costs.
