This all-in-one steel ball production line independently developed by Forever covers full-process processing including steel bar feeding, constant-temperature induction heating, hot rolling forming, online quenching, low-temperature tempering, automatic sorting and finished product collection. The whole set of equipment adopts self-developed high-power IGBT medium-frequency induction power supply as the core heating unit, with thermal efficiency reaching 93%, cutting unit power consumption by nearly 38% compared with traditional gas furnace heating lines. The forged steel ball induction heating machine supports steel balls ranging from 20mm to 120mm in diameter, compatible with high-carbon steel, alloy steel and wear-resistant special steel raw materials, widely applied in mine grinding, building material grinding and chemical powder processing scenarios.

The core heating and heat treatment section is the biggest technical highlight of this new line. The rotary uniform heating coil ensures consistent temperature on steel bar blanks, controlling temperature difference within ±2℃. After hot rolling forming, steel balls directly enter the segmented spray quenching station, followed by continuous induction tempering to avoid excessive internal stress and cracking. The finished steel balls feature uniform metallographic structure, stable surface hardness and tiny thermal deformation, fully meeting international standards for wear-resistant grinding media. Equipped with Siemens PLC intelligent control system and real-time infrared temperature measuring sensors,steel ball hot rolling heating machine stores dozens of standard production parameters for different steel ball specifications. Operators can realize one-key startup, automatic speed adjustment and full-process monitoring, reducing manual workers by more than half and effectively avoiding quality defects caused by human operation errors.

The induction heating process produces no smoke, waste gas or solid waste, matching global low-carbon emission standards. Optimized heavy-duty rolling frame and intelligent fault self-check module enable 24-hour uninterrupted continuous production, and the annual failure rate is reduced by 60% compared with old-fashioned split production equipment, greatly lowering customers’ later maintenance and spare parts replacement costs. All finished steel balls after online heat treatment have excellent wear resistance and long service life, helping downstream grinding medium manufacturers cut raw material loss and comprehensive production costs.
