Forever Electromechanical has recently achieved another important milestone in intelligent metal processing equipment. After intensive on-site assembly, system debugging, process testing and batch trial operation, the brand-new Steel Ball Production Line has fully completed all commissioning work and achieved stable and continuous operation. All production indicators, including product roundness, surface finish, dimensional tolerance and production efficiency, have reached international industry standards, officially kicking off formal mass production. This project marks Forever Electromechanical’s in-depth layout in the high-precision steel ball manufacturing equipment sector.

Different from traditional scattered production equipment, this automated production line adopts centralized PLC intelligent control and servo precise transmission technology. It realizes unmanned continuous operation from raw material input to finished product output. The core grinding and rounding modules are optimized with special mechanical structures, which greatly improve the rounding accuracy and surface smoothness of steel balls while reducing product loss. Equipped with online precision detection devices, the system can automatically screen defective products in real time, ensuring that each batch of products maintains stable and qualified quality.

During the on-site commissioning period, Forever Electromechanical’s professional engineering team overcame various on-site adaptation challenges. The technical personnel conducted targeted debugging on mechanical operation accuracy, equipment matching stability, intelligent parameter setting and safety protection systems. They repeatedly optimized the production rhythm for different specifications of steel balls, calibrated the operating speed of each process module, and eliminated potential problems such as unstable feeding and inconsistent grinding accuracy. Through multiple rounds of trial production verification, the entire production line operates smoothly with high synchronization and strong operational stability.
