b. Resistance heating electric furnace: Current passes through the steel billet to generate resistance heat, causing the steel billet to heat up. The heating temperature can be controlled by adjusting the current intensity and time.

3、 Application of steel billet induction heating furnace:

a. Steel smelting: used for preheating, temperature regulation, and homogenization of steel billets to improve steelmaking efficiency.

b. Metal processing: used for metal heat treatment to improve the mechanical properties and microstructure of metals.

4、 Steel billet induction heating furnace operation:
