Recently, Forever Electromechanical officially launched the new generation steel pipe hardening and tempering machine with full technical upgrading. The equipment is specially designed for engineering machinery structural parts, heavy-duty forgings and high-pressure steel pipe heating and tempering production lines. It stably supports standard heat treatment with constant tempering temperature around 650℃, effectively solving common problems such as uneven heating, unstable metal structure and pipe deformation in traditional heat treatment workshops.

This steel pipe hardening and tempering machine is equipped with a closed-loop induction heating control system. It realizes rapid uniform heating, constant temperature holding and precise zone temperature control for engineering machinery forgings. The machine completes quenching, high-temperature tempering and integrated conditioning in one continuous process. After heat treatment, steel pipes obtain stable tensile strength, improved toughness and uniform metallurgical structure, fully meeting production requirements for mining machinery, engineering vehicle frames and hydraulic pipe fittings.

Manufactured with heavy-duty integrated frame structure, the Forever steel pipe tempering machine supports 24-hour continuous workshop operation. Equipped with energy-saving variable-frequency heating units, it greatly reduces power consumption compared with traditional furnace equipment. The whole production line realizes automatic loading, feeding, synchronous heating, spray quenching, constant-temperature tempering and automatic unloading. It reduces manual operation errors, improves production efficiency and increases finished product qualification rate.
