1. High heating efficiency and precise temperature control

Rapid heating: By utilizing the principle of electromagnetic induction, heat is directly generated inside the workpiece, avoiding the problem of traditional heating methods where the surface heats up first and the interior heats up slowly, significantly reducing the heating time.

Accurate temperature control: Through multi-point infrared temperature measurement and PLC closed-loop control, the temperature curve can be adjusted in real time to ensure uniform heating of the surface and core, meeting the requirement of precise control of austenitization temperature in the range of 850-880 ℃.

2. Strong process adaptability

Good material compatibility: It can flexibly adapt to the quenching and tempering needs of various steel grades such as 45 # steel, 40Cr, 42CrMo, etc. By adjusting the power and frequency, it can meet the different requirements of different materials for heating speed and insulation time.

Multi segment power curve: Typically, multiple segments of power curves are pre-set based on the material, making it convenient for users to directly call and simplifying the operation process.

3. Energy conservation and environmental protection

High energy utilization rate: Compared with gas stoves, medium frequency induction heating reduces heat loss and has a higher energy utilization rate.

No combustion exhaust gas: As an electric heating method, it does not produce combustion exhaust gas, which is in line with the trend of green manufacturing.

4. Equipment structure and control

Medium frequency power supply: adopting a split structure design, the power cabinet is a GGD standard cabinet, and the capacitor cabinet and inductor structure are compact, which improves heating efficiency.

Sprinkler: A circular water spraying device made of stainless steel material, installed at the discharge end of the sensor, and used high-pressure cooling water to quench the workpiece. The water collection tank design saves water consumption.

Sensor manufacturing: The copper tube is wrapped with T2 oxygen free copper, with a wall thickness of 3.0mm or more. The insulation material of the sensor has high strength, high temperature resistance, and longer service life; The inlet and outlet ends are sealed with 5mm purple copper plates to reduce magnetic leakage and extend service life.

Material conveying system: The domestic brand GR67 series hard tooth motor reducer is used as the conveying power. The feeding part of the roller conveyor is made of 40Cr steel and surface quenched. The roller conveyor between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and cooled by water.

PLC+touch screen control: realizes functions such as automatic material flipping, variable frequency speed regulation for automatic feeding, automatic heating, automatic unloading, temperature detection, automatic adjustment of power supply and parameter storage.
