3. Heating: After the heating temperature of the billet heating furnace is set, it is automatically controlled by the PLC program;

4. Quenching; Variable frequency speed regulation of quenching inner spiral drum to adjust the outlet water temperature of stainless steel pipes after quenching;

5. Cooling; Cool the quenched steel pipe to room temperature;

6. Inspect the packaging for storage; After inspection, package and store according to packaging requirements.
