power supply system
DSP fully digital control device, after process adjustment and load adjustment, can adapt to variable frequency and load, automatically adjust power and stabilize control.
conveyor roller table
The axis of the roller conveyor is at a certain angle to the axis of the workpiece, and the workpiece rotates while feeding at a constant speed to ensure more uniform heating. The roller conveyor between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled, while the roller conveyor in other parts is made of 45 # steel and surface quenched.
Feeding system
Each axis is driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter; Flexible design of differential output, segmented control of operating speed.
Formula Management System
After entering the steel grade, outer diameter, and wall thickness parameters to be produced, the relevant parameters are automatically called, eliminating the need to manually record, view, and input the required parameter values for various workpieces.
Multi channel closed-loop function
A high-level temperature, voltage, and other multi-channel closed-loop system has been designed to address the extreme instability of the national power supply system. Even with fluctuations of up to 20% in the supply voltage, the high consistency of the product process can still be ensured.
