Workpiece parameters and processing requirements for round steel pipe quenching and tempering furnace:

Heating steel material: carbon steel, alloy steel

Size to be heated: (direct 20-120) 6000mm

Steel pipe furnace temperature: room temperature. 

Heating, quenching, and tempering method for round steel pipes: continuous heating to the corresponding temperature. Enter the spray tank to spray water, and then directly enter the tempering sensor for tempering. Capable of completing quenching and tempering heat treatment of 1800-2000kg steel per hour
