● Fast heating speed, less oxidation and decarburization

Due to the principle of medium frequency induction heating being electromagnetic induction eddy current heating, the heat is generated by the workpiece itself, so the steel plate heating equipment has fast heating speed, less oxidation, high efficiency, and good process repeatability.

● High degree of automation, capable of fully automated operation

The automatic feeding mechanism and automatic sorting device for discharge are selected, and the steel plate heating equipment can be equipped with an industrial computer or human-machine interface to achieve fully automatic operation.

● Uniform heating temperature and high temperature control accuracy

The heating temperature is uniform, and the temperature difference between the core and the surface is small. The temperature can be precisely controlled through an automatic temperature control system.

● The sensor has a long service life and is easy to replace

The furnace lining of the steel plate heating equipment adopts silicon carbide or integral knotting method, with a service temperature of 1250 ℃ or above, and has good insulation and thermal insulation properties, as well as resistance to rapid cooling and impact.

● Applicable workpieces: Suitable for medium frequency induction heating of steel plates, slabs, blade angle plates, engineering blade plates, etc.

● Power supply system: 100~4000KW/200~800HZ intelligent intermediate frequency power supply.

● Feeding system: roller conveyor+power double pinch roller, each axis is driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter; Flexible design of differential output, segmented control of operating speed.

● Roller electrical isolation: In response to the problem of workpiece and roller ignition caused by equipment, we have designed a sturdy and durable roller electrical isolation system to solve the problem of workpiece ignition damage.

● Industrial control computer system: Real time display of the status of working parameters, workpiece parameter memory, storage, printing, fault display, alarm and other functions.

● Recipe management function: A powerful recipe management system that automatically calls relevant parameters after selecting the steel grade and plate type parameters to be produced, without the need to manually record, view, or input the required parameter values for various workpieces.

● Energy Conversion: Heating one ton of steel to 1150 ℃, consuming 330-360 degrees of electricity
