Advantages and characteristics of round bar induction hardening and tempering equipment
The round bar hardening and tempering heat treatment line we designed adopts V-shaped rollers arranged diagonally in the transmission design to reduce radial runout. By using pressure jet cooling technology to generate self rotating motion of the workpiece, it has good penetration and high cooling efficiency.
During the hardening process, in the water spray cooling stage, the cooling water is sprayed from the annular water spray device and converges on the surface of the workpiece, with a maximum water pressure of 0.3 MPa. This greatly improves the hardening efficiency and product quality, and is beneficial for improving the strength and toughness after tempering.
The control of the entire production line adopts PLC and human-computer interaction system, and the transmission adopts frequency conversion to schedule and adjust the entire production line, with high control accuracy, wide adjustment range, and smoother operation.
