● Sensor design: variable pitch, temperature gradient design, higher efficiency.

Elastic adjustable pressure roller: enables uniform feeding of threaded steel bars of different diameters. The roller conveyor and pressure roller between the furnace bodies are made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled.

Infrared temperature measurement: Install an infrared temperature measurement device at the discharge end to ensure consistent temperature of the threaded steel bars before entering the rolling mill.

▲ Energy conversion: Heating to 1200 ℃, consuming 320-360 degrees per ton of electricity.
