1、 Core components and functions of the steel ball hot rolling heating furnace
Raw material processing section
Bar cutting machine: Cut steel (such as GCr15 bearing steel, stainless steel) into fixed length billets with an accuracy of ± 0.5mm.
Ball forming machine: The billet is pre formed into a spherical shape through cold heading or hot forging processes, reducing subsequent processing allowance.
Steel ball forming section
Spinning machine/ball rolling machine: using multi station spinning or oblique rolling technology, the ball blank is rolled into a nearly spherical shape with a dimensional tolerance of up to ± 0.1mm.
Heat treatment equipment:
Induction hardening furnace: quenched after rapid heating (1000~1200 ℃) to increase hardness (HRC 60~65).
Tempering furnace: Relieve stress, stabilize structure (temperature 200~300 ℃).
Precision processing section
Hard grinding machine: Use diamond grinding wheels to roughly grind steel balls, remove oxide scales, and correct roundness.
Precision grinding machine: Precisely grind to a tolerance of ± 0.01mm, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.05 μ m (bearing grade standard).
Polishing machine: using ceramic or resin abrasives for polishing, achieving a mirror effect (Ra ≤ 0.01 μ m).
Detection and segmentation.
Optical detector: automatically detects diameter, roundness, and surface defects (such as cracks and scratches).
Hardness tester: Sample testing for uniformity of hardness.
Sorting machine: Automatically sort and package according to size and grade (G10~G100).
